Costs
What happens if you are on the wait list?
We were able to get everyone on our wait list in to the tournament last time (two of the people on the wait list won seats to the WSOP).
We are already aware of several people that might not attend, plus there are no-shows for every event.
Those on the wait list will be entered into the tournament in the order they registered.
Anyone on the wait list that does NOT play in the tournament has until April 23 to request a partial or full refund.

What happens with my donations for the event?
All proceeds from the All-In For Autism Charity Poker Tournament will benefit the Autism Resource Foundation (ARF). ARF is a 501c3 charitable organization founded in 2007. ARF helps special needs families navigate the unique challenges of “life on the spectrum” by providing helpful information and programs/services at NO COST (including FREE tablets) to enrich the lives of families in the autism community.
Are my contributions to this event tax-deductible?
Yes, all contributions to our 501c3 non-profit group are considered charitable donations.
What is the cost to participate in the charity poker tournament?
There is a $50 donation to play that includes FREE meal at the event and an appreciation gift (first 200 people to register).
You can attain a maximum of two (2) add-ons BEFORE the start of the tournament. The donation/cost is $10 for 5,000 chips. You must still be active in the tournament to purchase any add-ons.
There will be a special one-time Bonus Add-On during the first break. The Bonus Add-On has a donation/cost of $10 for 10,000 chips (limit one) and is available to all participants, regardless of whether they previously attained add-ons.
Can I register online for the event?
Yes, you can register and purchase your optional add-ons online. It is highly recommended that you register online.
Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes, you can donate/pay with a credit card both online and at the event.
Are add-ons available?
Yes, you can attain a maximum of two (2) add-ons BEFORE the start of the tournament. The add-on donation/cost per add-on is $10 for 5,000 chips.
There will be a special one-time Bonus Add-On during the first break. The Bonus Add-On has a donation/cost of $10 for 10,000 chips (max 1 Bonus Add-On) and is available to all active participants still active in the tournament, regardless of whether they previously acquired add-ons.
Are re-buys available?
Yes, you can re-buy into the tournament BEFORE the first break. Re-buys receive the full starting chip stack of 13,000 chips with a donation to play of $40. Players have the option of purchasing a maximum of two (2) add-ons with their re-buy.
If there is a wait list at the time of the re-buy; the player purchasing the re-buy will added to the end of the wait list.
TOURNAMENT PLAY
Where is the charity poker tournament located?
The All-In For Autism Charity Poker Tournament has a NEW LOCATION. It’s a BIGGER VENUE with MORE SEATING. Moving forward, we will be hosting a charity poker tournament every April and October.
Our gratitude goes out to NCG Hotels – North Central Group for allowing ARF to host these events at your property.
Our charity poker tournament will be played at the Courtyard by Marriott Phoenix North – Happy Vallye. The address is 2029 W Whispering Wind Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85086. The hotel is at The Shops at Norterra located off the I-17 freeway and Happy Valley Road exit).
When does registration start?
Registration, seat assignment, and food service start at noon (12:00 pm).
We recommend that you guarantee your seat by registering and attaining your add-ons online.
When does the tournament start?
The tournament starts at 2:00 pm.
Can I arrive late for the tournament?
If a player pre-registers for the charity event, they can enter the tournament 60 minutes after the start.
Upon arrival, they will go to the top of the waiting list if a seat is not available.
What type of poker is played?
We will be playing No-Limit Texas Hold‘em poker.
What is the starting chip stack?
Each participant starts with 13,000 chips.
Participants can attain a maximum of two (2) add-ons BEFORE the start of the tournament. The donation/cost is $10 for 5,000 chips (per add-on).
Re-buys are also available BEFORE the first break (full chip stack of 13,000).
How long are the blinds?
The blinds are 20 minutes.
What is the blind structure (Small blind/Big Blind)?
100/200, 200/400, 300/600, 400/800 (15 min Break – White Chip Up)
500/1,000, 1,000/2,000, 1500/3000, 2,000/4,000 (15 min Break – Red Chip Up)
3,000/6,000, 4,000/8,000, 5,000/10,000, 10,000/20,000 (15 min Break – Blue Chip Up)
15,000/30,000, 20,000/40,000, 30,000/60,000, 40,000/80,000 (15 min Break – Green Chip Up)

The remaining blinds will be announced by the Tournament Director.
How long does the tournament last?
The tournament play is expected to last 4-6 hours.
What happens if a card is exposed in the deal?
If the exposed card is for either of the players in the small blind or big blind. The hand is declared a miss deal. The cards are reshuffled and dealt again.
If the exposed card is for any other player outside of the small blind or big blind. The dealer will hold the exposed card. The dealer will skip the player with the exposed card and continue to deal the remaining cards. The player with the exposed card will receive the final card. The exposed card will be the burn card for the hand.
What happens if there is a dispute in play?
Play is stopped at the table until the Tournament Director arrives. The Tournament Director has the final determination in all matters.
PRIZES
What prizes will be awarded?
Every player that makes the final table will receive an All-In For Autism trophy for their accomplishment.
We will be awarding seven (7) seats to the 2023 World Series of Poker (WSOP) – Colossus No-Limit Hold’em Flight Tournament, which is a prestigious 4-day WSOP Bracelet Event.
The previous winner of this WSOP bracelet event won $1,000,000.00 in prize money.
Flight A is on Friday,June 30, 2023 and Flight B is on Saturday, July 1.
Winners will be receiving the $400 entry fee to this WSOP event in cash (which eliminates the service fee at the WSOP). All winners must register themselves for the WSOP.
How many WSOP event seats will be awarded?
We have INCREASED the number of prizes to seven (7) seats to the World Series of Poker.
Do I have to take a seat at the World Series of Poker?
No, the winners can use the prize money at their discretion.
