All new registers will be placed on a  WAIT LIST (in order of date/time registered) and will enter the tournament when a seat becomes available.

You are encouraged to register and join the wait list. Regular play and the inevitable no-shows will open seats in the tournament (we know multiple people who might not attend due to various circumstances).

Anyone on the wait list that does not get a seat, will be given the option of receiving a refund or given the option of donating all or part of their registration to the Autism Resource Foundation (ARF).

If you are going to be LATE, you must text both Anthony Hale (602-435-1251) and Keith Taylor (623-556-7603) BEFORE the tournament starts to reserve your seat.

Costs

What happens with my donations for the event?
All proceeds from the All-In For Autism charity poker tournament will benefit the Autism Resource Foundation (ARF). ARF is a 501c3 charitable organization founded in 2007. ARF helps special needs families navigate the unique challenges of “life on the spectrum” by providing helpful information and programs to enrich the lives of families in the autism community.
Are my contributions to this event tax-deductible?
Yes, all contributions to our 501c3 non-profit group are considered charitable donations.
What is the cost to participate in the charity poker tournament?
There is a $40 donation to play that includes free pizza at the event and a tote bag with gifts.
Can I skip the wait lines and pre-register for the event?

Yes, you can pre-register online at AutismPoker.org. All early registers will receive 5,000 bonus chips and a free event t-shirt. Donate to ARF

Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes, a service fee will be added to each transaction both at the event and during online pre-registration.
Are add-ons available?
Yes, you can attain a maximum of three (3) add-ons BEFORE the start of the tournament. The donation/cost is $10 for 5,000 chips. You must still be active in the tournament to purchase any add-ons.

There will be a special one-time Bonus Add-On during the first break. The Bonus Add-On has a donation/cost of $10 for 10,000 chips and is available to all participants, regardless of whether they previously attained add-ons.

Are re-buys available?
Yes, you can re-buy into the event through the start of the first break. You can re-buy into the event when you have 500 chips or less. Re-buys receive the full starting chip stack (13,000 chips) with a donation/cost of $40.

TOURNAMENT PLAY

Where is the charity poker tournament located?

The All-In For Autism charity poker tournament will be played at the Homewood Suites by Hiton Phoenix North – Happy Valley. The address is 2470 W. Charlotte Dr., Phoenix, AZ 85085 (located at The Shops at Norterra – I-17 freeway and Happy Valley Rd. exit).

Registration starts at 1:00 pm at the event.

When does the tournament start?
The tournament starts at 2:00 pm.
Can I arrive late for the tournament?

You can arrive up to 60 minutes after the start of the tournament. For those that arrive late, the current big blind will be deducted from your chip stack.

What type of poker is played?
We will be playing No-Limit Texas Hold‘em Poker.
What is the starting chip stack?
Each participant starts with 13,000 chips. Add-ons and re-buys are available (see above).
How long are the blinds?

The blinds are 20 minutes long before the first break. The blinds are 15 minutes for the remainder of the tournament.

What is the blind structure (Small blind/Big Blind)?
(20 minute blinds) 100/200, 200/400, 300/600, 400/800 (First Break – Chip Up)
(15 minute blinds) 500/1,000, 1,000/2,000, 2,000/4,000, 3,000/6,000, 4,000/8,000 (Break – Chip Up)
(15 minute blinds) 5,000/10,000, 10,000/20,000, 20,000/40,000, 30,000/60,000, 40,000/80,000 (Break – Chip Up)
(15 minute blinds) 50,000/100,000, 60,000/120,000, 70,000/140,000, 80,000/160,000, 90,000/180,000 (Break – Chip Up)
The remaining blinds will be 15 minutes long and announced by Tournament Directors.
How long does the tournament last?
The tournament is expected to last 3-4 hours.
What happens if a card is exposed in the deal?
If the exposed card is for either of the players in the small blind or big blind. The hand is declared a miss deal. The cards are reshuffled and dealt again.

If the exposed card is for any other player outside of the small blind or big blind. The dealer will hold the exposed card. The dealer will skip the player with the exposed card and continue to deal the remaining cards. The player with the exposed card will receive the final card. The exposed card will be the burn card for the hand.

What happens if there is a dispute in play?
Play is stopped at the table until the Tournament Director arrives. The Tournament Director has the final determination in all matters.

PRIZES

What prizes will be awarded?
Every player that makes the final table will receive an All-In For Autism trophy. ARF will also be awarding a seat(s) to the 2022 World Series of Poker (WSOP) – Colossus No-Limit Hold’em Flight Tournament. All winners are required to wear ARF apparel at this WSOP bracelet event.

This is a prestigious 4-day WSOP bracelet event with a choice of flight start dates on either Friday, June 24 or Saturday, June 25. The previous winner of this WSOP bracelet event won $1,000,000 in prize money.

How many WSOP event seats will be awarded?
ARF will be awarding a seat to the WSOP bracelet event for every 30 donating participants.
Do I have to take the seat to the World Series of Poker?
No, the winner(s) can each opt to receive a cash prize of $400 in place of the seat to the WSOP event.
